I've often wondered why some of the local 'smaller firms' in my area aren't taking advantage of what CRM and data management tools can offer. Of course budget is always a factor; however, it shouldn't limit firms in creating a strategic plan for client and data management. There are solutions out there for smaller firms who have the same goals and objectives as their 'powerhouse' counterparts; to better serve clients. The key is to find the right software platforms and consultants to help you build the solution that is right for your firm.
